VideosDuties Manages a large business activity, formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a profit generating business.
Represents the activity at conferences, special interest groups, and other agencies.
Coordinates functions.
As a second level supervisor, reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors.
Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction, and mission accomplishment.
Reviews financial reports, estimates, projected costs, and develop activity financial plan.
Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.
Requirements Conditions of Employment Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Environmental requirements, licenses, background checks, etc.
Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
QualificationsWork experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.
e.
; restaurant, bowling center, golf course) to be managed.
Highly preferred candidates will be referred to management first.
Highly preferred is defined as meeting all of the criteria listed below:
1).
Minimum of 2 years experience in managing or directing any of the following types of businesses:
Family entertainment facility, bowling center, restaurant, or food and beverage operation, as well as supervising staff, to include performance management and training.
2).
Experience with financial analysis, budget development and execution, and food/labor cost management.
3).
Experience with marketing and executing programs and events.
Highly preferred experience must be clearly stated in resume to be qualified as highly preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
